PS Classics, the label dedicated to the heritage of Broadway and American popular song, will release the new two-disc set Broadway cast album of the Kennedy Center's acclaimed revival of FOLLIES on Tuesday, November 29, 2011. On Thursday, December 1st, Stephen Sondheim, Bernadette Peters, Jan Maxwell, Danny Burstein, Ron Raines, Elaine Paige and other members of the cast of FOLLIES will sign copies of the album at Barnes & Noble (150 E. 86th St; between Lexington & 3rd Ave.) beginning promptly at 4:00 p.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. The album is produced by Tommy Krasker.

Please be advised of the following for the Thursday, December 1st album signing:
o The new Broadway cast recording of FOLLIES will be available for purchase at Barnes and Noble on the day of the signing.
o Only the cast album will be signed that day – no additional materials or memorabilia (i.e. posters, Playbills, other recordings, etc.).
o Photos and recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited at this event.
o Multiple CD's can be purchased that day, but only one (1) CD will be signed per person.
o The signing will end promptly at 5:30 p.m. and waiting in line does not guarantee the purchase of or signing of the CD.
o CD's will be sold and autographed on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last. It's recommend that those interested in purchasing or having their cd signed get to Barnes & Noble early.

FOLLIES features a book by James Goldman and music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim. The production is directed by Eric Schaeffer with choreography by Warren Carlyle and music direction by James Moore. With a 28–piece orchestra, FOLLIES features a cast of 41 and stars two-time Tony Award winner Bernadette Peters as Sally Durant Plummer, four-time Tony Award nominee Jan Maxwell as Phyllis Rogers Stone, two-time Tony Award nominee Danny Burstein as Buddy Plummer, three-time Emmy Award nominee Ron Raines as Benjamin Stone and Olivier Award winner Elaine Paige as Carlotta Campion. FOLLIES is now playing at the Marquis Theatre (1535 Broadway) through January 22, 2012.

The production also stars Tony Award nominee Don Correia as Theodore Whitman, Christian Delcroix as Young Buddy, Grammy & Emmy Award winner Rosalind Elias as Heidi Schiller, Colleen Fitzpatrick as Dee Dee West, Lora Lee Gayer as Young Sally, Michael Hayes as Roscoe, Leah Horowitz as Young Heidi, Tony Award nominee Jayne Houdyshell as Hattie Walker, Florence Lacey as Sandra Crane, Tony Award nominee Mary Beth Peil as Solange LaFitte, David Sabin as Dimitri Weismann, Kirsten Scott as Young Phyllis, Frederick Strother as Max Deems, Nick Verina as Young Ben, Tony Award nominee Susan Watson as Emily Whitman and Terri White as Stella Deems.

Rounding out the ensemble are Lawrence Keith Alexander, Brandon Bieber, John Carroll, Mathew deGuzman, Sara Edwards, Leslie Donna Flesner, Jenifer Foote, Suzanne Hylenski, Danielle Jordan, Amanda Kloots-Larsen, Joseph Kolinski, Brittany Marcin, Erin N. Moore, Pamela Otterson, Clifton Samuels, Kiira Schmidt, Brian Shepard, Jessica Sheridan, Amos Wolff, Ashley Yeater.

Elaine Paige is appearing with the support of Actors' Equity Association. The producers gratefully acknowledge Actors' Equity Association for its assistance to this production.

The creative team also includes Derek McLane (Scenic Design), Gregg Barnes (Costume Design), Natasha Katz (Lighting Design), Kai Harada (Sound Design), David Brian Brown (Hair & Wig Design), Joseph Dulude II (Make-up Design) and the original orchestrations by Jonathan Tunick.

PS Classics has preserved many Sondheim productions including Sondheim on Sondheim, Frogs, Road Show and the most recent revivals of A Little Night Music, Sunday in the Park with George, Company, Pacific Overtures and Assassins.

Founded in 2000 by Tommy Krasker & Philip Chaffin, and a six-time Grammy nominee (for its cast albums of Assassins, Nine: The Musical, Grey Gardens, Company, A Little Night Music and Sondheim on Sondheim), PS Classics celebrates the heritage of Broadway and American popular song through its award-winning cast recordings; solo albums by such luminaries as Maureen McGovern, Victoria Clark, Jessica Molaskey and Christine Andreas; and recordings drawn from rare sound archives, including "Sondheim Sings."
