To save the company from financial ruin, the director hires a 92-year-old Broadway legend (played by a life size puppet) in an attempt to bring in audiences, much to the chagrin of the anti-establishment, robot-obsessed playwright. New episodes every month!
The Adam Wade Show
Monday, February 14 @ 7pm $5
UNDER St. Marks (94 St. Marks Place)
Moth storytelling favorite, Adam Wade, has put together many of his winning heartfelt and humorous stories for a special show. He’ll also sing a few songs, and play video shorts. No two shows will be the same. A different featured guest will start the evening off.

BTK Band
Monday, February 14 @ 9pm $5
UNDER St. Marks (94 St. Marks Place)
Raconteurs regale the audience with true stories from their lives while The BTK Band, NYC’s hardest-drinking improvised storytelling rock band, improvises music and lyrics to turn their stories into songs. As if Tom Waits and The Moth delivered a baby from the gaping maw of Chaos.
Pitch!
Tuesday, February 15 @ 7pm $5
UNDER St. Marks (94 St. Marks Place)
A live storytelling show with a twist. Four established storytellers will perform for the audience, but will simultaneously be "pitching" their ideas to the editor of a magazine or a producer from a popular TV show or network. The editor will give their input after each story, and even a possible yes or no. Hosts Greg Walloch & Mark Allenwill act as emcees, keeping things moving at an irreverent, funny pace, poking fun at the publishing and entertainment industry itself, and the very idea of "pitching" and "being published."
Revealed Burlesque
Wednesday, February 16 @ 10pm  $25
UNDER St. Marks (94 St. Marks Place)
Revealed is a cutting-edge burlesque show with a sinfully dirty twist. This unique and extra-sultry night features the sexiest, most notorious burlesque performers in New York City, as you’ve never seen them before! Come experience an evening of salacious striptease and skin, where the climax of each number leaves everything…revealed.
Soul Glo
Thursday, February 17 @ 10:30pm $5
UNDER St. Marks (94 St. Marks Place)
Soul Glo is a variety show starring the all African-American cast of Nobody's Token performing a completely improvised sitcom. The show also features multi-cultural stand-up and sketch comedy by some of the most talented underground comics in New York.
Achordial Brio
Monday, February 21 @ 9pm $10
The Red Room (85 East 4th Street)
Achordial Brio is a chamber septet, which aims to destroy the standards and assumptions of what classical music is currently perceived as. This is not your grandmother's chamber group! The tuxes have been banished to the back of the closet. Come see a bassoon playing on top of the piano, and English horn standing at the edge of the stage playing directly into the audience, horn flares on violin and cello...and more!
TOLD
An evening of themed storytelling
Monday, February 21 @ 7pm Pay-What-You-Will
UNDER St. Marks (94 St. Marks Place)
TOLD is a monthly storytelling show hosted by Seth Lind. Each month New York's best performers take the stage to tell true stories related to a central theme. A special guest provides interludes to glue the evening together into a collective experience.
The Drafts
Monday, February 21 @ 9pm FREE
UNDER St. Marks (94 St. Marks Place)
The Drafts are a non-equity ensemble of actors who are relatively new to the New York theater scene. The mission of The Drafts is to develop new plays. Like their namesake, The Drafts are a group of versatile actors from largely varied backgrounds and experiences. They are the most talented New York actors you've never heard of!
HORSE TRADE THEATER GROUP is a self-sustaining theater development group; with a focus on new work, it has produced a massive quantity of stimulating downtown theater.  Horse Trade’s Resident Artist Program offers a home to a select group of Independent Theater artists, pooling together a great deal of talent and energy. It is also the home of FRIGID New York – the first and only festival of its kind in New York City.
"If it’s fun, funky, artsy, absurd and original, chances are it’s probably from the folks at Horse Trade Theater Group" The Villager
