MCC Theater’s annual Miscast gala is one of the most exciting and unique theater events in town. Broadway’s hottest stars perform songs from roles in which they would never be cast. And the results are thrilling! This year’s roster of performers for this one-of-a-kind theatrical evening includes Tony® Award-winner Laura Benanti (Gypsy, Women On The Verge…), Christian Borle (“Smash,” Peter and the Starcatcher), Tony® Award-winner Norbert Leo Butz (Catch Me If You Can, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels), Jonathan Groff (“Glee,” Spring Awakening), Megan Hilty (“Smash,” 9 to 5), Tony® Award-winner Nikki M. James (The Book of Mormon), Steven Pasquale (“Rescue Me,” Reasons to Be Pretty), with many more favorites to be announced. The Musical Director for the evening is Phil Reno.
